Processing Time

- All custom glueless wigs are made to order.

- Standard processing time for custom wigs is 10 business days from the date of order confirmation.

- Rush orders are available for an additional fee and will be processed within 5-7 business days

- Domestic Shipping (within the USA):

  - Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days - 0

  - Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days - 0

- International Shipping:

  - Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days - 0

  - Expedited International Shipping: 3-5 business days - 0


Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary due to customs processing or unforeseen delays.


Shipping Carriers

- We use reputable shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.


Order Tracking

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.


Shipping Address

- Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

- If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Address changes after shipment may incur additional charges.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

- We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary.

- If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date to initiate a claim.

 

Returns and Exchanges

- Due to the custom nature of our wigs, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part. Please refer to our [Return Policy] for more information.
